The RYA Powerboat Level 2 Commercial Package includes the basic courses required to apply for your commercial endoresement from the RYA. This package includes, RYA First Aid, RYA Sea Survival, RYA Marine Radio (VHF), RYA Essential Navigation and Seamanship, RYA PPR, as well as the RYA PB 2 course.
